What goes in
At Crantock’s we only use the best ingredients possible for each product, and because we are Cornish we try and get as much as we can locally. Even the beer in our Steak and Ale Pasty comes from St Austell Brewery.

Our Meat
Carefully sourced from local farms where possible. It is then prepared and diced by our butchers to go into our famous award winning pasties.
Our Pastry
Made from the original handed down recipe, but now made on the latest machinery to give perfect consistent results every time.

Our Potatoes and Vegetables
Locally sourced from farmers who know Crantock, our requirements and specifications . We source and prepare everything just before we encase the ingredients in pastry.

All of our suppliers are vetted for quality and consistency and reliability ensuring that they supply us with the best ingredients available.
