If you come and live in Cornwall, you’ll know it’s a special place. Nowhere is ever far from the sea with plenty of fresh air and lot’s sunshine too.
So it’s not surprising that so many people come to Cornwall for a holiday and as part of their enjoyment is the Cornish Pasty.
At Crantock’s we are proud of everything we do, it comes from our Cornishness!
We started some 30 years ago in the Crantock village Butchers shop. The village that gave us our name. Everyone loved our pasties which we made ,then as we do now, to a traditional handed down recipe using local ingredients of fresh meat and vegetables, our ‘secret’ seasoning and pastry. All made by hand to be baked fresh every day. So many people came from far and wide to buy our pasties that shop keepers and café owners asked us to make pasties for them. We still do.
In recent years we have grown, moving a few miles up the road to what is now one of the best bakeries in the country. Along the way we have gathered awards for it and our pasties, but most important of all, we have gathered lots of new customers who now enjoy our carefully crafted food.
We are proud to work with some of the biggest names in retailing and our customers can be found all over Europe
