So there I was, scouring the Internet for the best recipes on video to show to all you pasty lovers and I find one from celebrity chef, Lesley Waters.
“Ooh, cracking,” I thought, readers of thecornishpastyman would love this.
And then, Lesley, with her lovely smile that hides a world of wrongness, begins to reel off the list of ingredients.
Deli Wraps? WRAPS?
Beef mince? MINCE?
Tomato Passata? PASSATA?
You’re taking the passata you silly woman! Where’s the blinking pastry? Where’s the chunks of steak?
